- Married to FT (OldMan) and caregiver to my Mom who lives with us and has Alzheimer's. I'm proud to be a 'hillbilly'. We live a very simple life in an area bordering 3 counties. We have 2 dogs and we care for semi feral cats. Have an inside cat named ShellBee that has a loveable but quirky personality. We also have regular visits from a raccoon that thinks... that we think... that he is just one of the semi feral cats that has gathered to eat :0)

I grew up in Brevard, NC where they are famous for water falls and lots of white flying squirrels. I use to sit and watch them for hours. I think they are so beautiful.
